On the POD ECO line we reprocess post-production PE and PP film into PCR regranulate and dose it into the production of new film. The whole process takes place in Podanin, under the control of one manufacturer.

How we work together

You submit your film. Film type, quantity, degree of cleanliness, location.
Material assessment. We check whether the material qualifies for regranulation.
Collection and regranulation. We handle the logistics and reprocess the film on the POD ECO line.
Regranulate in production. The PCR raw material goes back into new film. In the Closed Loop Program you receive a certificate stating the kilograms.

Logistics terms and any settlement are agreed individually. They depend on volume and distance from our plant.
