Certificates

We treat certificates as a working tool for purchasing and quality departments, not as decoration. Below, each one comes with one sentence on what it really means for your company, and with a document to download wherever the certificate is public. We send the remaining documents on request via the form.

BRCGS Packaging Materials

The global safety standard for packaging materials in contact with food. For a quality department it means: an audited HACCP system, contamination control, batch traceability and documented process supervision. The entry ticket to food processing, pharma and retail chains.

ISO 9001:2015

A quality management system covering the whole chain: extrusion, printing, converting and recycling. In practice: repeatable formulations, parameter control at every stage, measured complaint rate (close to 0 ppm) and OTIF of approx. 98%. Certificate valid until 10 October 2027.

FSC, no. C229087

Chain-of-custody certificate for paper raw materials, relevant to NEX-PAPER (paper sleeves). It lets you declare the origin of the paper in your packaging to your own customers and retail chains.

RecyClass

Confirmation of mechanical recyclability and of the quality of the recycling process. It covers the Closed Loop programme and POD ECO regranulate: film waste from the customer returns to production as a fully fledged raw material with a documented path.

ISCC Plus

Supply chain certification for recycled raw materials and mass balance. It allows the PCR share in film (e.g. 35% in NEX-HOOD PCR or NEX-SHRINK) to be formally demonstrated in ESG reporting and in tenders that require it.

EcoVadis Silver

A supplier sustainability rating in four areas: environment, labour practices, ethics, sustainable procurement. For the purchasing departments of large groups: a ready answer to the supplier ESG assessment requirement, with no additional audit.

Tests and documents for specific films

For food-contact films (NEX-PACK BRP and FR, NEX-LAM) we provide approval documents and compliance tests under Regulation 1935/2004 and 10/2011 for specific product codes, and for hazardous materials packed by the FFS method and in big bags, ADR documentation. Declarations of compliance, technical data sheets and migration test results are issued per product code, at the customer’s request.
