fragile load. You see the cost of film on the invoice, and the cost of bad film in complaints.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n    <ol class=\"plist\">\n      <li class=\"rv\"><b>\u201cWe pay by the kilogram, but we count pallets.\u201d<\/b><span>Film that is thicker \u201cjust in case\u201d is the most expensive safety margin in a glassworks. Every 10 \u00b5m less means grams on every pallet, multiplied by a whole year of production.<\/span><\/li>\n      <li class=\"rv\"><b>\u201cA hole in the hood is not a film defect, it is a pallet that has to be repacked.\u201d<\/b><span>Sharp edges of layer pads and layer corners pierce film with too little puncture resistance. Resistance comes from the formulation and structure, not from microns alone.<\/span><\/li>\n      <li class=\"rv\"><b>\u201cThe pallet leaves perfect and arrives loose.\u201d<\/b><span>Export routes and outdoor yards test shrink force, not microns.
